Time: There are 4 audition slots available!

9:00am-10:30am

10:30am-12:00pm

1:00pm-2:30pm

2:30pm-4:00pm

  • Sign up for ONE audition slot according to the time that best works for you.

  • Maximum of 15 auditioners per slot.

  • Auditions might run 5 minutes over the scheduled hour-long timeframe depending on size of group. We will move as efficiently as possible in order to stay on schedule.

Prepare

Song: Please prepare a 16-32 bar cut (or one minute cut) of ANY musical theater song!

  • Bring an electronic device (phone, tablet, etc.) that you can access your backing track/instrumental on- karaoke tracks are good. We will have a Bluetooth and plug-in speaker in order to play your music.

  • Choose a song that showcases YOU! Whether you sound amazing singing it or just love singing the song. We want to see you shine!

Dance: A dance combination video will be posted. Please review this video before you come into the audition!

  • At auditions, there will be a chance to review the combo and ask questions. In the meantime, direct any and all questions about choreography to archcitytheatertroupe@gmail.com

  • All ages have the same choreography and will learn the same dance!

  • Wear any shoes comfortable for dancing (Both tennis shoes or jazz shoes work great!)

Bring: We ask that you bring a few things to auditions!

  1. As previously stated, please bring a device with your backing track on it!

  2. Bring a headshot/clear photo of yourself. Any picture with JUST you, and we can clearly see your face will be great.

  3. Resumes are OPTIONAL. However, we will have a form at auditions where past experience/skills can be listed if you do not have a resume!

Online Auditions: While we would prefer to see everyone in-person, if you cannot make auditions, do not fear! Contact us at archcitytheatertroupe@gmail.com to receive an alternate online audition form.
